Privacy Policy of the 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc.

This web site is an important tool in the pursuit of our mission to improve the quality of life for Philadelphia Area through our mentoring, support of stronger education, economic development in the community, and enhanced health awareness.  We have adopted the following privacy policy to make it safe and easy for you to use our website.

We collect individual information about you when you choose to share information about yourself, for example, when you make a donation, purchase tickets or request information.  This information may include your postal and/or e-mail address and your phone number.

Individual Information
Individual information is used to provide you with information or service requested.  If you provide your postal, email address, or phone number you may receive any of the following from 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc:

  • Mailings with information about additional 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc. programs, services, and events
  • Mailings that invite you to contribute to 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc., and its mission
  • E-mail contact to respond to your questions, comments, or suggestions
 
Sharing Information       
The 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc. will not share your personal information with other organizations, individuals or businesses.  We will share personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our rights, or protect the safety of our users or others.

Email Communications
We may occasionally send out an email newsletter and direct mail communications to highlight news, information and opportunities available through the 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, Inc.  You may elect not to have us contact you by sending an email to info@100blackmenphilly.org with “Opt out” in the subject line.

In order to prevent unauthorized access and protect our users’ personal information, we strive to maintain physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to secure the information we collect online.
