Internal Audit Director – Fiserv Government Services

Capital Search Group has been retained by a $7b global financial services organization to identify a Corporate Director of Internal Audit to support their federal government services division. In this newly created, key management role, you will be the top Audit professional responsible for directing the financial, operational and compliance audit activities for a $300m division.

Description

Develop and implement full scope audit activities – financial, operational and compliance
Hire, train and manage staff
Work closely with accounting, billing, contract and government compliance teams
Adhoc projects including consultative role within corporate development team
Improve efficiencies with regard to internal controls and accounting processes

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years combined corporate internal audit and public accounting experience
CPA required
Hands-on experience developing policy and procedures
Previous supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
Required expertise in government and regulatory compliance requirements – GAS, FAR
Ability to travel 30% (initially up to 45% to start-up processes)
